A floor to ceiling panoramic window that spans the length of our restaurant offers diners a truly special perspective of the Brett Valley that changes with the seasons. A bold open kitchen also allows customers to experience the theatre of a live kitchen from the comfort of their table.
Our passionate kitchen team, lead by Tom Bushell, work with top quality seasonal ingredients to create superb dishes that showcase the best produce the local area has to offer.
Devoting just as much care and skill into the humble burger as they do the more extravagant dishes on our menu, our chefs are dedicated to producing great food.
With over 160 different wines lining the walls, the cellar is a fascinating room to explore. Choose a bottle with the help of our bar team, or even book the whole room for an atmospheric private dining experience.
Three areas of the restaurant can be booked for private dining: The Yorktown, The O'Leary Room, and the Cellar.
Both the Yorktown and O'Leary room can also be booked for meetings and offer a flat-screen TV, HDMI connectivity and conference calling facilities.
